The rooms are exceptionally clean and come with all the essentials, lovely decorations, and a balcony, along with a satisfying breakfast and a great selection of cheeses; the location is unbeatable, situated in a peaceful area.

Liked my time here. The hotel itself was a great option. The guest room I got was functional. The restaurant was good and the staff were thoughtful.

I came here with my mother. The breakfast was good as expected with cheese. I were in a particularly good location just a short walk away from Piazza Farinata degli Uberti. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a residential area.

Clean and practical room with air conditioning, lovely decor, and everything you need. the price is fair at £40. the best part is it's super close to the train station, making travel a breeze. the staff and management are really nice and friendly, which adds to the overall pleasant stay. 😊

The room was large and comfortable. the hotel was fairly clean. - the property is located near a quiet residential area and the railway station, making it easy and affordable to travel to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. - There is a nearby bar called Strano Bar which was convenient to visit in the evening.

The food for breakfast was hearty and filling, but it would have been even better with some fresh, local items like bakery goodies, eggs, or veggies.

Great place to stay! Clean, calm, with a balcony to enjoy. the owners were friendly and helpful. the room was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi worked fine. the location was easy to find. I loved the fact that I had a water bottle in the fridge, it tasted marvellous.

The B&B is located in a residential area and the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly interesting. the rooftop terrace could use some renovation and the breakfast could be improved with fresher, local products.

The noise from the streets outside could be bothersome at times.
